The Sveriges' where Sweden's first true Dreadnoughts. The units where designed at the Royal Swedish Navy Admirality Board and built by Göta Verken and Eriksberg shipyards.
All units served togheter as one squadron in the Baltic during the Great War and later in the Western seas / Atlantic. All units where stricken under the "New Scholl Act" of 1930.
